Stunners International is a “way for like-minded individuals to come together”. Founded by Wade Crescent and David Lindwall, and now includes Fionn MacDiarmid, Stunners International aims to put on parties for the “right reasons”. With Crescent one minute gracing the runways of Milan (he has been featured in i’D, Dazed & Confused, Elle and V magazine editorials) and the next spinning at the most talked about parties, he simultaneously managed to launch a collection of Tee shirts during some downtime in Tokyo. Already playing gigs for Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Microsoft & Playboy, the Stunners International crew (lead by Crescent) makes their mark wherever they land.
Tell us, what exactly is Stunners International? And what was the motive in starting it?
Stunners is essentially a way of life. It’s how we go about our daily life and maybe more importantly our nightly life. There was a famous Mod quote “Clean Living Under Very Difficult Circumstances”. I guess there is something to be said for that, but we have taken it to the next level. We find ourselves in the greatest and often most bizarre situations, and its not dependent on money or the like, but due to an attitude, life zest and the risks we take. Starting Stunners has given us a purpose and it’s a way for like-minded individuals to come together.

You have been quoted as saying “We are essentially people that put on parties, but for the right reasons”. What exactly are the “right” reasons?
We do parties for the enjoyment of others and equally as important, for ourselves. We are not out to make a quick buck; we want people to have an incredible time. We are fortunate enough to play a lot of good fashion events too. But for us to agree we make sure we are allowed to bring a big crew - which always gets the party going
What exactly compelled you to start “WadeStock”? How did this experience come about?
I was staying in this warehouse in East London with some Danish girls. We all slept on the stage, and we started having impromptu parties, so the logical step was to do a small festival. It was actually Cazals’ first gig and Razorlight shot a video during it.

How would you describe yourself, as you are an individual who manages to touch many areas of creativity?
Well for better or worse I have a very fleeting mind and get bored very quickly. So being creative in many fields suits me. Before I finished one project, I am already thinking about what’s next. I even just finished my first script for a TV show called Imperfect Gentlemen
Proudest accomplishment to date?
Well its got to be making out with Simon Le Bon during a karaoke session in Tokyo with Duran Duran and Aggy!!! That or turning 30 without liver failure.
